A. Right of Withdrawal Notice
Introduction
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial or self-employed professional activity:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without stating any reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Laurin Koop, Koop Candles, Moltkeallee 3, 22926 Ahrensburg, Germany, Tel.: 015770419942, Email: laurin.koop@koop-candles.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online on the website at the internet address https://koop-candles.com
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
Returns can be sent exclusively to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value results from handling them in a manner that was not necessary to inspect their condition, properties, and functionality.
General Information
1) Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us carriage unpaid.
3) Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
